This has always been the most annoying aspect of the Allstate app since I switched a few years ago. I also agree with other reviewers concerning inaccurate use of the phone while driving. Silly me! If I close out of the app, it also deactivates my Drivewise. If I let it run in the background to slow my phone down, it works fine but makes me super unhappy when I can hear my phone running but no call shows up on my screen. My last safe driving refund did not even cover paying myself minimum wage for ONE HOUR, a small fraction of the time I have put into reactivation on this app. I feel like I am overpaying for my insurance to stay with a reputable company, you might consider putting some time and effort into fixing this app and making your customers happy!
