Hi Les, Since the issue happened after upgrading to Windows 10 Creators Update, then this issue might be due to an outdated driver. Type devmgmt. Right-click the device for which you want to roll back to the previous version of the driver, and then click Properties. Click the Driver tab. Select Roll Back Driver. Under Driver Package rollback window, click Yes.
